Incentive systems based on individual performance and improvement assessment without a global view of the value chain are now obsolete.

An incentive model must motivate, be able to change and evolve and allow the incentive itself to reflect the real value contribution of the people involved.


MEJORA ® is an innovative Continuous Improvement model designed by SISTEPLANT. It’s based on sport’s fundamental principles (ongoing, fundamental challenges - “Basic” - and ones that have temporary or immediate importance - “Specific”). It motivates teams to work to overcome these “challenges”, within the latest trends of continuous improvement, participative management and Lean Manufacturing philosophy (organization oriented to Zero Waste).

 

This model based on "Basic Challenges" (main indicators linked to productivity) and "Specific Challenges" (indicators associated with a specific improvement activity programmed for a set department and period), marks the "path" to ensure that the "Basic Challenges" are achieved through a process of Improvement (stable) instead of simply increased activity (unstable).

  • “Leakage” analysis of the current remuneration systems.
